Hartford Court Rosé of Pinot Noir, Russian River ValleyThe Hartford Court Russian River Valley Ros of Pinot Noir is produced predominantly from Hartfords Fog Dance Estate Vineyard planted to Dijon 115 in the Green Valley of the Russian River Valley AVA. The wine is produced by gently pressing 100% Pinot Noir grapes to avoid extraction of any color from the skins. We blended a small amount of saigne Pinot Noir into the wine to give it a beautiful light salmon hue and brighter fruit characteristics.
